Yoga Sculpt

Yoga Sculpt is a 1 hour full-body workout that blends Yoga, calisthenic and strength training in our studio heated to 80 degrees. Class will begin with Yoga Sun Salutations and a complete dynamic warm up. We will then move into strength training using weights, resistance training and functional movement. Strength training exercises improve strength, muscle tone, increase metabolism, lean body mass and improves posture. Class will end with yoga stretches and a short meditation. All levels welcome!
